The Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) is an association of professional managers whose focus is the professional development of managers, affirmation of the managerial profession, connecting and networking of managers and promotion of the best business practices of companies and ethical, sustainable and responsible business.



MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of SAM is to strengthen the professional environment, to advance international cooperation, and to continuously work on providing educational and networking opportunities for managers.

MORE PRECISELY, THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS:

  • - Promoting business culture and raising awareness about the role of managers in society
  • - Legitimacy of representing the community of managers in contacts with similar national associations and other relevant institutions at the European and global level
  • - Establishment of unique professional and professional standards in the field of status, rights, obligations and professional responsibilities of managers
  • - Promoting leadership among young managers
  • - Standardization of the code of professional ethics of managers and raising business ethics among employees
  • - Improvement of international cooperation
  • - Active action in the processes of regulating issues relevant to the improvement of the business environment and economic development of the Republic of Serbia
  • - Gathering and connecting entrepreneurs and managers around common professional interests in the spheres of development of the managerial profession, exchange of managerial knowledge and experiences
